It is such a joy to teach women the Bible. I am passionate about helping women understand its relevance for today. The Word of God has the power to encourage, heal, transform, protect, and guide. As we study it, we gain a deeper understanding of who God is, who we are in His sight, and how He wants us to live.
About Me
CJ's Bio
CJ Rapp is a speaker and author based in Southern California who teaches on priorities, strength, and faith. Her books include Stronger (2016), Trash the Lies (2014), Tossed, Tumbled and Still Trusting (2012), and I AM Says, You Are (2008).
Her articles have appeared in The Christian Post and Solutions Magazine, and she has been a guest on faith-based radio programs. CJ’s ability to help others see themselves in the stories and lessons of Scripture makes her a popular women’s speaker at retreats and conferences across the country. She has served as co-keynote speaker for the California Women’s Retreat with Rene Bondi and has shared the stage with Lisa Whelchel at the Pearl Conference.
In 2014, she founded the Trash the Lies women’s conference, featuring Thelma Wells of Women of Faith, which equipped women to overcome cultural lies that undermine faith and identity.
As a gifted communicator, CJ connects with audiences through her authentic, casual style—making you laugh, renew your hope, and inspiring you with her passion for God’s Word. An expert on women’s issues, she specializes in “ruin prevention and repair.” Her heart is to help women revolutionize their lives by redefining their self-image and refining their understanding of God’s heart for them.
CJ married her best friend, John, in 1998. Together they have two amazing adult sons who provide a continuous source of lessons and joy. As a family, they seek to live out their faith in an ever-changing culture.

Stronger
Are you worn out, freaked out, stress out or burned out? If so, you are NOT alone. At some point, we all "hit the wall". After all, our culture believes busy is better! Our fast-paced lives rob us of the peace we need to rest and restore. Our bodies become tired, our nerves frazzled, and our souls burdened. We end up living less than what God intended lives. After hitting my own wall, I learned the importance of soul care, and how when practiced, we are able to live an inspiring life. Adapted from CJ and Pam's book Stronger.

N-spire
Do you need to be inspired? Do you need a renewed, steadfast spirit? N-spire is a series of messages based on women of the Bible. Deborah, Rehab, Ruth, Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary, and the Woman with the issue of blood. Their stories teach us about courage, hope, risk, and of course faith. Can be presented in a retreat format or pick one woman to focus on for a keynote or workshop.
